We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) to join our Centre of Excellence, who will play a key role in building and shaping the AI/Data platform across large-scale projects.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a shared AI/Data platform for the entire corporation.
- Solve specific AI problems for each Business Unit (BU).
- Train and enhance AI capabilities across BUs.
- Adopt and implement AI/Data technologies from external partners.
- Develop and maintain centralized AI infrastructure, supporting BUs in their application processes.
- Build specialized DataSets to support key AI projects.
🌱 You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Engineering.
- Possess a product-oriented mindset and have experience working in product-based companies.
- Have experience in data-driven decision making.
🌟 Preferred
- Experience with LLMs and/or traditional NLP (training, fine-tuning, optimizing).
- Solid grasp of deep learning (architectures, training methods, embeddings, etc.).
- Strong skills in optimizing models' performance (latency, memory, load).
- Proficient with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector DBs.Familiar with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, CI/CD for ML).
- Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with at least one cloud AI platform (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.).
- Experience with multimodal models (STT, TTS, OCR, etc.)
