Torus Engineering is a technology company with an international customer base and employees scattered throughout the country and abroad. We are looking for Human Resources Executive to solve internal and external issues and improve the overall performance of the entire system.
Work location: 197 Dai La, Dong Tam, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
Working hours: 09:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and employer branding to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
2. Process Management and Employee Engagement
- Develop and improve HR processes to ensure employees have a comprehensive view of the company and increase integration for new employees.
- Give direction to company's culture, detect potential issues, and handle them promptly.
3. Policy and discipline
- Regularly update the labor market situation (including supply, demand, policies, popular trends in recruitment or benefits, etc.) and propose improvements to suit the actual situation at the company.
- Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources and/or recruitment (IT recruitment experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
- Good communication skills and sensitivity to emotions.
- Experience in HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and related regulations.
- Good English reading and writing (IELTS Writing of 6.5 or equivalent is preferred).
- Good organization and problem-solving ability.
