The Senior Level Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to define requirements, analyze processes, and drive the success of CoE (Centre of Excelent). This role is perfect for someone with solid BA experience who thrives in a collaborative, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for company’products: features and updates.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure alignment on goals.
- Conduct process analysis to identify improvements in app functionality or user experience.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, or meetings to elicit stakeholder input.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet requirements.
- Prioritize product backlogs based on business value and user needs.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software or mobile app projects.
- Experience with LLMs and/or traditional NLP (training, fine-tuning, optimizing).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for solving business problems.
- Experience with mobile app development cycles (iOS/Android) is a plus.
- Knowledge of wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma) or data analysis skills.
